Send messages to hello@shadowdex.ca. Email is the only official support channel currently offered by ShadowDex.
For a correction, include the affected URL, Pokémon or matchup, what you expected, and what appeared. For a technical problem, include the device and browser when you can do so without sharing sensitive information.
What to contact us about
Useful reports include incorrect type effectiveness, mismatched artwork or cries, keyboard or screen-reader problems, broken navigation, privacy questions, security concerns, and requests from media rights holders.
ShadowDex cannot provide support for official Pokémon games, accounts, purchases, tournaments, or Pokémon HOME. Contact the appropriate official service for those topics.
Protect your information
Do not email passwords, payment information, government identifiers, precise location, or authentication codes. ShadowDex does not need that information to investigate a game or content issue.
Multiplayer lobby codes expire and do not need to be included unless the issue is happening in an active match. Never send the reconnect token stored by your browser.
